Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and audit activities following technical procedures to determine results for client requests
- Conduct inspections while maintaining impartiality and ethics in reporting
- Manage, maintain, and verify the calibration of assigned equipment
- Coordinate with clients or representatives to verify preliminary work information
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards at facilities, vessels, or maritime terminals
- Provide timely information to supervisors regarding non-conforming products or client complaints
- Implement and improve laboratory management systems
Requirements
- Technical, technologist, or professional degree with relevant knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hydrocarbon and chemical inspection/measurement
- Experience in maritime operations, ports, or crude oil terminals
- Knowledge of metrology, statistics, and measurement uncertainty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical English proficiency
