Inspector - Level 3

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies using precision measurement tools and visual examination techniques.
• Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances or defects to the quality team for corrective action.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records on paper and digital information systems, including inspection reports, training records, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits to ensure continuous audit readiness.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment.
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance.
• Ability to stand and walk on the shop floor for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• IPC 610 and IPC 620 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and inspection techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on production demands.
