Inspector III

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections using industry-appropriate methods, including design data comparison and functional examination
• Ensure assembly and production lines adhere to established standards, procedures, and requirements
• Review blueprints and technical specifications to verify produced goods
• Record inspection results, summarize re-works and wastes, and input data into quality databases
• Maintain measurement equipment accuracy by following calibration requirements
• Utilize tools and gauges such as calipers and micrometers to measure products
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Assist in the development of inspection plans and test methods

Requirements

• US Person (ITAR) status required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of professional inspection experience
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical processes and follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
