Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Verify product conformity against engineering drawings, customer specifications, and industry standards including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Complete and maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and traceability documentation.
• Identify, record, and report non-conforming products to support containment and corrective action activities.
• Review manufacturing documentation and certificates to ensure compliance prior to product release.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure all measuring instruments are calibrated and fit for purpose.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or oil & gas environments.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with common metrology equipment such as micrometers, verniers, thread gauges, and Go/No Go gauges.
• Working knowledge of quality standards, specifically AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Experience with material handling, including the use of lifting equipment and overhead cranes.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of technical competence.
