About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality assurance inspections on infusion pumps and wireless battery modules to ensure compliance with documentation and release specifications.
- Conduct internal visual inspections of devices and verify that all customer-facing labels and serial numbers are accurate.
- Approve the release of devices and modules in appropriate ERP and tracking systems.
- Review event history logs to ensure calibration values are accurately recorded.
- Document and record all failing observations and nonconformances using electronic systems like QCBD or Trackwise.
- Assist with the identification and containment of nonconforming products on the service floor.
- Ensure all process control and maintenance procedures are strictly followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of related experience, Associate's degree with 1-3 years of experience, or High School diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
- Familiarity with cGMP and FDA requirements.
- Knowledge of measurement equipment and basic ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers.
- Ability to sit for most of the day, stand or walk for long periods, and lift/carry at least 20 pounds.
