Inspector - Civil

Responsibilities

• Supervise roads and infrastructure works to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract documents.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise activities as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
• Maintain detailed records of contractor resources, including human labor, equipment, and material tests.
• Prepare daily reports covering work orders, material deliveries, and inspection programs.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and implement all necessary site quality controls and procedures.
• Perform site measurements and surveying checks for pipe alignments and levels.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure effective management of resources, health, safety, and equipment.
• Assist in the monitoring of start-up, commissioning, and handover of site works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a mandatory Equivalency certificate.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar civil engineering projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience in comparable infrastructure and roads projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• RTA Approval is highly preferred.
