Inspection Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure optimal performance, training, and motivation
• Counsel employees on performance, attendance, and behaviors
• Monitor and approve clock records and PTO requests
• Collaborate with the Inspection Manager and Production Coordinator to edit production schedules
• Achieve on-time delivery targets and machine uptime targets
• Minimize downtime by optimizing workflow and resource allocation
• Cross-train resources to bolster contingency planning
• Drive quality process improvements and adherence to quality management systems
• Communicate production or quality issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Adhere to all established safety practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of general Inspection or Quality experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft applications
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
