Inspection & Repair Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Support new product introduction activities and process development
• Create and modify work instructions, layout, and tooling designs
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and workstation modifications
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators
• Process test runs and prepare technical records, charts, and graphs to identify yield problems
• Provide technical assistance to engineering personnel and lead improvement projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (electronic components preferred)
• Strong electro-mechanical knowledge
• Ability to comprehend electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and dimensional annotations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience using AutoCAD software
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with operations and quality departments
