Insolvency Advisor, Personal Debt Solutions

Responsibilities

• Perform initial consultations to assess debtor situations and recommend appropriate options
• Assist debtors and creditors via telephone and in person regarding bankruptcies and proposals
• Review interview forms and prepare necessary files and documentation for client signing
• Engage in community outreach, business development, and social media to promote personal debt solution offerings
• Maintain high standards of integrity, respect, and collaboration in all client interactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, insolvency, banking, or credit counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work empathetically with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work one evening shift per week until 7:30pm
• Ability to work onsite in the Barrie office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the insolvency industry
