Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of formal insolvency appointments including liquidations, administrations, receiverships, and bankruptcies
• Prepare statutory reports, correspondence, and filings with relevant regulatory bodies
• Conduct investigations into company affairs, financial records, and potential recoveries
• Liaise with directors, creditors, employees, financiers, lawyers, and government agencies
• Assist in asset realisation, creditor distributions, and claim adjudications
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Support senior staff with stakeholder meetings, creditor communications, and court processes
• Analyse financial information and prepare summaries and recommendations
• Identify potential recovery actions and assist with litigation or enforcement matters

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Interest in advisory, insolvency, or corporate finance
• Studying towards or holding a CA or CPA qualification
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator and team player
• Australian citizenship or valid Australian work visa
