Insights Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap
• Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team
• Engage directly with general contractors and project teams for customer research
• Translate construction workflows into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver analytics features
• Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns and measure impact
• Collaborate with sales and customer success for go-to-market support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry focused on data, analytics, or BI
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools
• Hands-on experience creating reports, dashboards, or analytics for project stakeholders
• Proven track record of improving workflows or driving data-driven decision making
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for field teams and construction concepts for engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
• Familiarity with construction ERP systems like Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Previous exposure to product management or software development
