Responsibilities

• Present research and insights to clients with confidence and actionability
• Design and deliver client research programs end-to-end
• Lead high-quality, accurate, and timely data analysis projects
• Apply advanced analytical techniques using tools such as SPSS, Q, and DisplayR
• Translate insights into tangible business impact for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to grow client relationships
• Review and provide constructive feedback to support junior team members
• Contribute to process optimization and QA automation techniques

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market research, data analytics, or a related field
• Experience presenting research to senior stakeholders
• Background in a research agency or insights-focused role
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, and statistical techniques
• Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Survey Reporter, Q, or DisplayR
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end analysis from problem definition to insight generation
• Strong planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Right to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)

• Experience in the financial services industry
