Insights and Analytics Principal, Large Pharma

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape new business opportunities by aligning analytic capabilities with client growth objectives
• Drive proposal and RFP processes for new clients and support account growth planning
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing insights on brand dynamics and market forces
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytic frameworks and solution designs
• Oversee the development and presentation of client deliverables, leading discussions on key findings and recommendations
• Guide client engagements to ensure high-quality analytic deliverables and project management excellence

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or other quantitative fields
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, or similar roles within the biopharma industry
• Proven track record of selling, managing, and delivering complex client projects
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and biopharma commercial practice areas
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Deep understanding of the functions and goals of Commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
