About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct ad hoc sales and consumer analysis using syndicated (NIQ, Circana) and custom data sources
- Analyze category, brand, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Co-lead custom research initiatives with external vendors, including consumer surveys and concept tests
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and compelling "selling stories"
- Partner with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to support strategic planning and innovation
- Present insights to internal leadership, cross-functional partners, and external retail stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insights, Analytics, or Category Management
- Demonstrated experience working with syndicated and panel data sources (e.g., NIQ, Circana, Numerator, or Scintilla)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Irving, TX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
