Insights & Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to structure analytical questions and deliver data-driven solutions
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to enable business transparency
• Generate actionable insights through quantitative analysis and communicate findings clearly
• Handle and structure ad-hoc analytical requests with high-quality, timely delivery
• Support the definition, documentation, and governance of business KPIs and metric logic

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Professional experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-driven environment
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Excellent German skills and very good English skills
