Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure multi-country datasets from Circana platforms to ensure data quality and reliability
• Perform core analyses including trends, benchmarking, and performance tracking
• Identify key patterns within datasets and contribute to the development of structured insights and key messages
• Prepare draft slides, charts, and executive summaries for HQ-level presentations
• Support the delivery of multi-market projects by aligning data and outputs across different countries
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks using Excel, AI tools, and other automation technologies
• Build and maintain templates, dashboards, and reusable analytical assets to improve team efficiency

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in analytics, insights, consulting, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques
• Proven experience with data handling, configuration, consolidation, and analysis
• Fluent business English communication skills
• High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of Circana Unify
• Experience with GeniusScript, JSON, Confluence, or Jira
• Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch)
• Strong interest in AI and automation tools
