Insight Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insight delivery on client projects across regions
• Analyse GWI datasets and bespoke research studies to surface trends and patterns
• Create high-quality deliverables that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
• Present insights confidently to clients and internal teams
• Support the Vertical Lead on RFP responses, proposals, and team operations
• Mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects and clients
• Talent for data storytelling and translating numbers into narratives
• Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with survey platforms or analytics tools
