Insight BM CoE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local analyst team, overseeing performance and workload
• Own the local HR lifecycle including hiring, performance reviews, and development plans
• Act as the formal interface between local analysts and the regional team
• Ensure implementation of standard processes, templates, and tools
• Manage delivery priorities and the market's data submission calendar
• Validate mapping accuracy and perform quality checks on benchmarks
• Support local sales initiatives and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8 years in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• Proven leadership experience
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI
• Fluency in English
• Availability for limited travel within neighboring countries
