About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person and remote training on consortium products for partner offices
  • Present product opportunities, processes, tools, and differentiators
  • Perform periodic training updates to ensure technical mastery within partner teams
  • Work with investment offices to encourage and develop consortium sales
  • Promote commercial campaigns, special conditions, and business opportunities
  • Develop and apply commercial strategies focused on sustainable results
  • Plan and execute commercial visit agendas across the national territory
  • Monitor quantitative and qualitative performance indicators and propose action plans
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and volume growth
  • Provide continuous commercial support to offices and resolve issues agilely
  • Support and suggest sales campaigns, marketing actions, and event participation
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and generate strategic insights based on data

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree
  • Experience in B2B commercial roles
  • Availability for constant travel
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mastery of financial mathematics
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Result and goal-oriented mindset with strong organization and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the consortium segment
  • Experience working with investment offices or partner channels
  • Analytical profile with ease in using data for commercial decision-making
  • Experience in public speaking, training, and influencing commercial teams
  • Proactive, autonomous, and agile with good time management
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with partners
