Inside Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily order intake and inside sales operations
• Process orders and manage customer information
• Analyze and implement new process structures to optimize customer approach
• Maintain daily contact with customers to build relationships
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize cross-functional processes
• Prepare for leadership by learning department KPIs and participating in management tasks

Requirements

• Strong intrinsic ambition to move into a leadership role
• Interest in operational processes and customer contact optimization
• Natural leadership qualities and ability to motivate others
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in Dutch and French
• Experience in order intake or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM or SAP is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of English or German
