About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales and quality KPIs for UK SME members
  • Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance sessions
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs specific to the UK market
  • Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Product, CRM, BI, Marketing) to refine lead strategies and campaign execution
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and data hygiene across the team
  • Handle escalations or complex member interactions as a subject matter expert
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Inside Sales function

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound telesales or inside sales
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or coaching role
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets within the UK market
  • Skilled in consultative and value-based selling with a phone-based approach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Kustomer
  • Professional command of English (C1 level preferred)
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in UK financial services or fintech sales
  • Deep understanding of UK SME customer behavior, regulations, and business culture
  • Experience leading international or remote sales teams aligned to UK time zones
