About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategies to grow sales, profitability, and market share.
- Manage and monitor incoming sales opportunities to ensure effective follow-up and closing processes.
- Recruit, develop, train, and coach a high-performing inside sales team.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts based on backlog and new shippable bookings.
- Establish and sustain positive business relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Implement training programs regarding products, services, and business processes.
- Analyze operational statistics and compile reports to optimize productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise daily activities, assign work, and make hiring and compensation recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites or for training.
