Inside Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategies to grow sales, profitability, and market share.
• Manage and monitor incoming sales opportunities to ensure effective follow-up and closing processes.
• Recruit, develop, train, and coach a high-performing inside sales team.
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts based on backlog and new shippable bookings.
• Establish and sustain positive business relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Implement training programs regarding products, services, and business processes.
• Analyze operational statistics and compile reports to optimize productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Supervise daily activities, assign work, and make hiring and compensation recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites or for training.
