About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack’s solutions effectively
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel by providing product demos and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains
  • Strong command of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to enterprise sales or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI, Cloud, or Data platforms to articulate product value propositions effectively
