About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack’s solutions effectively
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel by providing product demos and responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains
- Strong command of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise sales or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools
- Familiarity with AI, Cloud, or Data platforms to articulate product value propositions effectively
