Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective referral partners using company-provided leads
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and legal professionals
• Educate prospective partners on Medicaid planning services and pooled trust solutions
• Generate new business opportunities while achieving outreach and sales goals
• Guide partners through the onboarding process and provide post-sale support
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions within the CRM
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and relationship-based sales
• Ability to spend a significant portion of the day making outbound phone calls
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, elder care, legal, or financial services is highly preferred
