About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cold-call prospects generated by external lead sources
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and expand sales within the client base
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers on strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers
  • Maintain and expand the company's prospect database
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
  • Support marketing efforts including trade shows and exhibits
  • Overcome customer objections and emphasize product features and benefits
  • Prepare sales order forms and reports

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
