Responsibilities
- Act as the core of the inside sales department, advising customers via phone and email
- Create offers, order confirmations, and contracts within the CRM system
- Structure and prioritize incoming inquiries and manage the offer lifecycle
- Support tender processes by collaborating with various departments
- Serve as a link between sales and marketing through campaign management
- Participate in cross-selling, up-selling, and after-sales services
- Support Regional and Key Account Managers at congresses in Germany and Switzerland once or twice a year
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and familiarity with sales concepts like cross-selling and up-selling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Structured work style with strong prioritization skills
- Interest in working with tender documents and Excel
- Fluency in German and English
- Completed vocational training or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
