Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate execution during the transition from NPI to SOP, ensuring customer projects progress smoothly from sample, pilot, and qualification phases into serial production
• Manage delivery and order fulfillment by tracking customer orders, production schedules, and shipment status
• Monitor material availability by tracking shortages, component constraints, and supply bottlenecks
• Act as a central coordination point across sales, customers, factories, planning, purchasing, product management, engineering, and quality teams
• Provide clear, timely communication on delivery status, shortages, schedule changes, and execution issues

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, program coordination, order fulfillment, customer service, or supply chain coordination
• Experience in NPI to SOP transition, delivery follow-up, and shortage management
• Experience in B2B, industrial, electronics, automotive, thermal, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with order management processes and cross-functional project coordination
