Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and grow existing customer sales to meet/exceed truck sales objectives
• Manage the local sales process including price negotiation, financing assistance, and title transfer
• Build a pipeline of potential clients through online campaigns, email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Screen inbound leads from website forms and direct phone calls
• Monitor and manage inventory of used trucks and trailers
• Market used trucks through online presence and networking at trade shows and local groups
• Work closely with the service department to acquaint customers with the service team
• Monitor the market to ensure sales are made at the best price for the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Business or Marketing
• Three years of heavy equipment or transportation equipment sales and leasing experience preferred
• Proven track record of sales ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with software and computers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Experience creating short-form video content and engaging posts
• Experience with online marketing tools
