About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, competitor offerings, and industry trends
  • Use Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools to support prospecting and engagement
  • Engage directly with potential customers to identify business challenges and solution fits
  • Qualify opportunities and transition them to appropriate sales representatives
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic pipeline development

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Working understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, sales enablement systems
  • Strong listening skills and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of successful projects or achievements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or architecture industries
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or solution-based selling environments
