About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative discovery using the SPICED model to identify prospect pain points and business impact
- Manage high-velocity sales pipelines with a focus on lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close metrics
- Deliver engaging virtual demonstrations of Genius hardware and software solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
- Guide prospects through the decision process and manage closing and negotiation stages
- Maintain precise data integrity and records within Salesforce to ensure accurate performance tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience in software sales or a similar high-volume sales role
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport and trust virtually
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
