About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative discovery using the SPICED model to identify prospect pain points and business impact.
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline by driving activity on inbound leads and maintaining elite conversion metrics.
- Deliver engaging virtual demonstrations of Genius hardware and software suites to small and mid-sized business owners.
- Guide prospects through the decision process and manage negotiations to ensure a seamless closing experience.
- Maintain precise data integrity and records within Salesforce to track sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Sales Representative or in a similar high-volume sales role.
- Strong consultative phone sales skills with the ability to build rapport and trust virtually.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Spanish language proficiency.
