About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-velocity cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to targeted prospects
  • Research and identify decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises within key verticals
  • Conduct discovery calls to validate prospect needs and qualify opportunities against solution fit
  • Secure and schedule qualified meetings to hand off to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo
  • Build and optimize outbound cadences using email-automation platforms
  • Track and report daily and weekly metrics including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline value
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of junior sales support representatives as the team grows

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in sales support or inside-sales roles
  • Proven track record of selling software-services or professional services
  • Expertise in multichannel outreach including cold calls, emails, and social-selling techniques
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales-enablement tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting tailored outreach messaging
  • Experience in one or more vertical markets: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Semiconductor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-starter mentality with a "hunter" mindset and comfort with target-driven environments
  • Ability to quickly learn technical solution features and articulate business value
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to reporting
