About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Americas market within the Network Growth team, managing a team of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead to drive new logo acquisition.
- Oversee regional operations to meet New ARR and conversion targets, including regional forecasting and performance reporting.
- Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Drive the team's AI transformation by embedding AI tools into daily workflows and fostering a culture of bottom-up innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve challenges and prioritize regional needs.
- Represent EcoVadis in the Americas through regional campaigns and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing high-performing inside sales or SMB sales teams.
- Proven track record of driving new logo ARR growth in a regional or multi-region capacity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and cadence automation tools.
- Strong analytical and coaching skills to drive a data-driven, commercial mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographies or time zones.
