Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to inspire brand loyalty
• Recommend hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nail products to meet customer needs
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and the Loyalty program
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
• Execute product knowledge training to provide expert customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred
