Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary beauty products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and stretch for long periods
• Ability to work around moving parts, carts, or machines
• Willingness to work in an environment with occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals
