Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary beauty products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to meet business scheduling needs
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
