Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable shopping experience by building customer relationships and inspiring loyalty
• Recommend hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nail products to meet customer needs
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and the Loyalty program
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues

Requirements

• Experience in retail customer service
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching
• Ability to work in an environment that may involve exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals
