Resilience is a health scale-up developing digital solutions for oncology, psychiatry, and gastroenterology professionals. Our mission is to improve care pathways through useful, simple tools deployed close to the field.
Responsibilities
- Prospect private practitioners and identify relevant opportunities
- Update and structure the CRM with rigor
- Prepare and follow up on demonstration appointments
- Ensure follow-ups and exchange tracking
- Participate in closing and coordinating next steps
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, prospecting, customer relations, or commercial support
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school
- Proficiency in prospecting (email, phone, etc.)
- Ability to manage a pipeline and structure follow-ups
- Competitiveness, perseverance, and autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a scale-up environment
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector
- Previous experience in a SaaS company
