Resilience is a health scale-up developing digital solutions for oncology, psychiatry, and gastroenterology professionals. Our mission is to improve care pathways through useful, simple tools deployed close to the field.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect private practitioners and identify relevant opportunities
  • Update and structure the CRM with rigor
  • Prepare and follow up on demonstration appointments
  • Ensure follow-ups and exchange tracking
  • Participate in closing and coordinating next steps
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, prospecting, customer relations, or commercial support
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school
  • Proficiency in prospecting (email, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and structure follow-ups
  • Competitiveness, perseverance, and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
