Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Open new doors through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person prospecting
• Identify and qualify prospects within target verticals
• Set qualified appointments and hand off warm opportunities to senior sales team members
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory strategies
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and contractor expos
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-user contacts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, or related field
• Hunter mentality with experience in prospecting and handling rejection
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
• Reliable form of transportation
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
