About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, and availability
- Provide ongoing customer support and proactive follow-up
- Hunt for new customers and applications while maintaining current account base
- Discover customer product needs through probing questions and material recommendations
- Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs
- Enter all quotes and orders into the Oracle E1 inventory operating system
Requirements
- Passion for consultative, relationship-based sales
- Comfort with CRM and inventory tracking software (Oracle E1)
- Knowledge of plastics, distribution, fabrication, and supply chain
- High caliber communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
