Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the offer preparation process and fulfillment feasibility, including stock availability, mill allocation, and logistics.
• Initialize sales orders in the system and request third-party services and purchase orders.
• Create and manage agreements and price lists within the system.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics departments on account follow-up.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to drive business insights, process optimization, and compliance.
• Participate in business model definition alongside the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Commerce.
• 2+ years of related experience in the energy industry.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of downstream or midstream energy sectors.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP.
