Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, averaging at least 50 sales touches daily via phone and email
• Identify sales gaps and engage wireless carrier partners to drive incremental revenue and accessory orders
• Nurture retail accounts and dealer doors to increase participation rates in Alpha Comm programs
• Utilize CRM, ERP, and logistics tracking systems to manage sales orders and maintain accurate activity logs
• Overcome sales objections and build value for various accessory categories and product lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend additional products and foster weekly replenishment orders
• Provide partner feedback to leadership to help enhance products, processes, and technology

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume inside sales role
• Proven ability to conduct 50+ outbound calls daily with strong prospecting skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to navigate multiple software solutions
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the wireless or prepaid retail industry is highly recommended
• NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
