Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts
- Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to sell TeamViewer products
- Showcase products to customers through online product demos
- Field and qualify inbound leads from phone calls and online chat
- Follow up on new leads from campaigns including webinars, social ads, and emails
- Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools
- Quote customers and maintain appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Meet or exceed assigned quota and weekly KPIs
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Fluency in Spanish
- At least 1 year of related B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
- Intermediate understanding of PC and mobile devices
- College degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
