Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts
• Maintain consultative, solution-based selling to sell TeamViewer products
• Showcase products to customers through online product demos
• Field and qualify inbound leads from phone calls and online chat
• Follow up on new leads from campaigns including webinars, social ads, and emails
• Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools
• Quote customers and maintain follow up throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure customer needs are met
• Meet or exceed assigned quota and weekly KPIs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
• Intermediate understanding of PC and mobile devices
• Ability to manage high volumes of leads and proactive outbound contact
