Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Analyze quote requests and commercial proposals
• Follow up on quotes and negotiate financial and organizational conditions within delegated authority
• Analyze tenders in collaboration with the department manager
• Ensure administrative sales follow-up and manage client files
• Collaborate with Front and Back Office services
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international trade or an equivalent field
• Fluency in French; proficiency in Dutch is a significant asset
• Previous experience in managing commercial offers and drafting quotes
• Strong commercial skills with a focus on rigor and precision
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage urgent situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools
