Inside Sales Representative - Service

Responsibilities

• Deliver service sales strategies to new and existing customers to drive non-contract service revenue growth across the UK
• Review engineer reports and internal inquiries to identify and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Create comprehensive project files, technical recommendations, and professional quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by increasing awareness of service capabilities
• Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations via phone and CRM coordination
• Maintain accurate records in Oracle Cloud CRM, including weekly lead updates and forecasting
• Support Area Sales Managers with strategic initiatives and customer accounts
• Attend customer sites for surveys and meetings when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems
• Understanding of the UK market
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in potentially stressful situations

• Basic understanding of Vertiv offerings and business-critical applications
• Excellent financial management and organizational skills
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated mindset
