About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Wholesalers by following up on meetings, road shows, events, and webcasts
  • Initiate daily phone contact with clients to expand existing relationships and identify trends
  • Manage client segmentation to define service levels and ensure sales across distribution channels
  • Utilize the Diagnostic Selling Process to data mine and populate the CRM system
  • Create broadcast emails with marketing and product information for advisors
  • Assist in developing and reviewing strategic business plans to increase territory sales
  • Act as a liaison with Product Managers to coordinate conferences and calls
  • Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments and Wholesalers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CSC or IFIC certification
  • CFP or CIM certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of management and territory experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
