About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Wholesalers by following up on meetings, road shows, events, and webcasts
- Initiate daily phone contact with clients to expand existing relationships and identify trends
- Manage client segmentation to define service levels and ensure sales across distribution channels
- Utilize the Diagnostic Selling Process to data mine and populate the CRM system
- Create broadcast emails with marketing and product information for advisors
- Assist in developing and reviewing strategic business plans to increase territory sales
- Act as a liaison with Product Managers to coordinate conferences and calls
- Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments and Wholesalers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CSC or IFIC certification
- CFP or CIM certification
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years of management and territory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
