About the role
Responsibilities
- Customer consulting and sales of building materials to private and business customers
- Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
- Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
- Supporting the field sales representative
- Providing customer aftercare
- Handling complaints
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
- Product and application knowledge in building materials, specifically in roofing and/or dry construction is desirable
- Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
