Inside Sales Representative (Roofing)

Responsibilities

• Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
• Creating, tracking, and processing offers and orders
• Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
• Supporting the field sales representative
• Providing after-sales service and handling complaints

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
• Product and application knowledge in building materials, specifically in the roofing sector, is desirable
• Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
• Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
