Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of ticket options including Full Season, Half Season, Quarter Season, and Feature Ticket Packs
• Organize group ticket outings through phone engagement and in-person meetings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through prospecting, networking, and effective sales techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions in CRM and Archtics systems
• Participate in a comprehensive 12-month developmental training program and sales competitions
• Engage in continuous skill refinement through mentorship, team training, and one-on-one coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and proactive follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (such as Archtics)
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or recruiting
• Ability to build relationships through a consultative approach
• Comfort initiating bold and engaging conversations with potential clients
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
